Tenanted Warehouse At Ipswich, Qld, For Sale At Auction

Centrally Located Ipswich Warehouse For Sale at Auction

A large retail/warehouse in the heart of the Ipswich city fringe precinct is available for sale via auction through Ray White Commercial.

The property at 323 Brisbane Street, West Ipswich, is being marketed by Damian McMahon of Ray White Industrial Milton and Morrie Marsden of Ray White Commercial Ipswich

Damian McMahon said the building was currently on periodic lease to leading furniture company Amart Furniture and was strategically positioned on one of the main thoroughfares of Ipswich.

“The property is just 1km from the Ipswich CBD and within walking distance of Bunnings Warehouse and Homebase HQ,” he said.

“The site enjoys two-street access and is in close proximity to a range of amenities and major transport links.”

Morrie Marsden said the warehouse was above the level of the January, 2011, floods.

“The site has multiple zonings and is zoned for local business and industry and high density residential and includes four separate allotments and a main building of approximately 2,576 sqm,” he said.

“The building features a showroom, office and a separate warehouse and workshop.

“There is also substantial hardstand area and 18 onsite car parks.”

Mr Marsden said Ipswich was one of the fastest growing regions in Australia and there was plenty of interest in retail and industrial properties in the region.

“We’ve seen a lot of interest from buyers seeking properties similar to this one and we’re anticipating a strong turnout at the auction,” he said.

The auction will be held at the Riverside Centre at Level 5, 123 Eagle Street, Brisbane at 10:30am on Friday, July 25, 2014.
