S&G Transport snaps up Pinkenba lease

S&G Transport has snapped up a four-year lease in the ever-popular Brisbane suburb of Pinkenba at 41 Brownlee Street.

The asset, that came with a 1,004sq m* building area and 4,000sq m* land area, also came with a 270sq m* commercial office space split over two levels.

The property was marketed and leased by Ray White Industrial Milton Sales and Leasing Executive Victor Du Bois.

Mr Du Bois said Pinkenba was renowned for transport and logistics companies and the four-year S&G Transport deal included a plus three-year option.

“The area is well-suited to transport businesses and both vendor and lessee were happy with the $200,000 net + outgoings + GST p.a. deal,” he said.
