 Logistics Firm Secures Site

Privately owned warehousing and logistics provider TNS Logistics has moved to a workshop/hardstand facility at Hemmant in Brisbane’s east to accommodate its growing business.

The company has leased premises at 1310 Lytton Road, Hemmant, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Industrial Milton’s Sean O’Connor.

Sean O’Connor said the approximately 200 sqm metal clad workshop is situated on a secure, fully fenced site offering approximately 5,200 sqm of hardstand.

“Previously located at nearby Lytton, TNS outgrew the requirement for warehouse space and opted to move to a more central location with only hardstand and a small purpose built office/workshop space,” he said.

“The site had been vacant for just over 12 months before we got the listing. It was ideal for TNS which had given us a mandate to find them suitable locations within the Australian Trade Coast precinct.

“The property is in a prime location with easy access to the Gateway Motorway and the Port of Brisbane  and it is also just minutes to the Brisbane airport precinct and the CBD.”

TNS Logistics has taken out a 3 + 3 year lease at a net rental of $100,000 per annum
