Leading Brisbane Fashion Agencies Fit Out New Offices
Three leading Brisbane fashion labels The Butterfly Agency, Leanne Bulley Agencies and Anne Breakwell Agencies have secured office space in inner suburban Brisbane through Ray White Industrial Milton.
The Butterfly Agency and Leanne Bulley Agencies have jointly leased 226 sqm of office space at 4/18 Kilroe Street, Milton, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Industrial Milton’s Sean O’Connor on behalf of a private owner.
Anne Breakwell Agencies leased a neighbouring 300 sqm tenancy at 2/43 Lang Parade, Auchenflower (pictured), also through Sean O’Connor.
The Kilroe St property had been available for lease for more than 12 months with other agents before Mr O’Connor found tenants.
Mr O’Connor said he had been approached by one of the owners of Leanne Bulley Agencies following an exclusive advertising campaign run through the Ray White Industrial Milton office.
“The property attracted significant interest when I first published the advertisement and both agencies got in fast and began negotiating a July 1 lease commencement date,” he said.
“The owner of the Kilroe Street property also owns a building directly across the road which I have leased to another fashion agency, Anne Breakwell Agencies.
“All three agencies operate together in the same circles and are very pleased to have secured office space in such close proximity to each other.”
Anne Breakwell Agencies has leased the Lang Pde property for a 3 + 3 year tenancy at a gross rental of $70,000 per annum. The Butterfly Agency and Leanne Bulley Agencies have taken out a 3 + 3 year lease at a gross annual rental of $52,000 per annum.
