Herron Books Moves to Morningside

Promotional publishers Herron Books Distributors Pty Ltd has leased a freestanding warehouse/office at Morningside in Brisbane’s east for its new headquarters.

Herron Books has taken up a tenancy in a 1760 sqm office/warehouse space at 14 Manton Street, Morningside, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Industrial Milton’s Stephen Ferguson and David Gibson of Colliers International.

Stephen Ferguson said Herron Books had been seeking a well-appointed, functional freestanding building close to their customer base.

“This is an outstanding freestanding facility on a land area of 4,000 sqm,” he said.

“The high bay warehouse has four container height roller doors while the office component is well presented and fully open plan.”

Mr Gibson said freestanding buildings in Morningside always attract strong interest with good local amenity and access to major arterials.

“It’s a great head office location and the facility has parking for more than 25 cars,” he said.

Herron Books has been based in Brisbane for more than 30 years and the company aims to provide fresh quality books over all popular genres at exceptional prices.
