EnerSys Australia snaps up Pinkenba lease

ENERSYS Australia, a global leader in stored energy solutions serving the energy needs of many industries including aerospace and defence, has snapped up a 3+3-year lease at 4/123 Bancroft Road in Pinkenba.

Just five* minutes from Brisbane Airport, and with 800sq m* of land area, the Tilt panel unit was leased as vacant possession.

The warehouse was marketed and leased by Ray White Industrial Milton Sales and Leasing Executive Victor Du Bois.

Mr Du Bois said having previously been listed for over six months, he was able to find a suitable lessee within a month of listing the site, with a deal secured for $81,000 net + outgoings p.a.

“Throughout the campaign we had a number of enquiries, and from that we could tell there was certainly demand for a property of this nature,” he said.

“The tenant was originally looking on the south side but nothing fit the bill, and once the Pinkenba opportunity was offered, it was too good a deal to turn down.

“The property comes with 653sq m* internal floor area, office space that can be reconfigured, and an upstairs office fitted with a brand-new carpet.

“There’s a container-height roller door accessing the clear span warehouse space with an additional side area for outdoor storage, as well as a rear roller door.

“The property also came with three-phase power with high power capability, and to top it all off, there are six exclusive car parks on site.”
