Eagle Farm Warehouse Sold for $1.26 Million
A free standing warehouse on a substantial site at Eagle Farm on Brisbane’s northside has been sold for $1.26 million by Ray White Industrial Milton.
The property at 14-24 Bunya Street, Eagle Farm, was sold to a local builder by Ray White Industrial Milton’s Paul Anderson on behalf of Bunya Street Developments Pty Ltd.
Paul Anderson said the property offered a 579 sqm warehouse building on a land area of 2,033 sqm.
“The purchaser had been looking for a site to owner-occupy for around 12 months prior to buying this property,” Paul Anderson said.
“It was a challenging request to find a prime Eagle Farm location with a large yard area and with a price tag in the low one million dollar range.
“But a deal was done very quickly when we were able to source the suitable property.”
Paul Anderson said the property is in a convenient location just minutes to the Brisbane airport precinct, the CBD and sea ports.
“The warehouse is a freestanding besser block building and the property is fully fenced,” he said.
