Booming Wynnum serves up $8.5M in industrial deals

RAY White Industrial Milton have taken advantage of the growing Wynnum precinct by sealing five separate deals in the last year, totaling more than $8.5M combined.

Industry Place in Brisbane’s coastal suburb has seen the bulk of the sales action with owner occupiers attracted to the seaside location that offered direct access to the CBD.

The deals have been marketed and executed by Ray White Industrial Milton Selling Principal Stephen Ferguson and Director – TradeCoast David Highman.
