Asset Plus Property Secure Milton office
Property investment advisory company Asset Plus Property has secured office premises at Milton in inner suburban Brisbane to accommodate its growing business.
The company has leased a 300 sqm two level office at 38a Douglas Street, Milton, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Industrial Milton’s Sean O’Connor on behalf of a private owner.
Sean O’Connor said he found a new tenant for the property in a matter of weeks after it had been vacant since the devastating January, 2011, floods in Brisbane.
“I took the property on exclusively in January this year and had a tenant by April,” Sean O’Connor said.
“During the previous four years since the floods the office had been listed with a number of different agents but had remained vacant.”
Sean O’Connor said Asset Plus Property had previously been based at Petrie Terrace but needed larger premises in an inner suburban location.
“This suite at 38a Douglas Street is ideally located near major public transport and road links as well as Milton’s Park Road retail and restaurant precinct,” he said.
“The office which has a board room on the top floor and an open plan ground floor provides Asset Plus Property with the perfect set up to allow their business to grow and have continued success.”
Asset Plus Property has taken out a 3 +3 year lease at a gross annual rental of $81,000 per annum.
