VWR International have secured a 3×3 year lease in the industrial precinct of Enterprise Place at a rate of $200 per square metre for a 534m² office. Currently owned by the Goodman Group who had 1000m² of vacant office available in the building, VWR were able to lease the entire first level through Sean O’Connor of Ray White Industrial Milton.

Previously located at 1/31 Archimedes Place, VWR began searching for a new premises to move their QLD headquarters into in late 2014. This immediately became a priority task for all agents in the area who began presenting viable listings.

In March 2015, Mr O’Connor brought this requirement to the attention of Goodman and posed the question if they would consider splitting their 1000m² office building into two 500m² tenancies. Once this was approved, VWR were notified and upon inspection they immediately came forward with an offer which was ultimately accepted.
