Final three stages of Eagle Farm Industrial Development for Sale

The final three stages of an industrial development site at Eagle Farm on Brisbane’s north-side have been offered for sale through Ray White Industrial Milton.

The development site at 51 Kenyon Street, Eagle Farm, is being marketed by Paul Anderson of Ray White Industrial Milton.

Paul Anderson said the site was superbly located with significant frontages to Kenyon, Bunyon and Acacia Streets and easy access onto Kingsford Smith Drive, Southern Cross Way and the Gateway Motorway.

“The development has a total site area of 1.3 hectares over 26 titles and a gross lettable area of approximately 8,685 sqm split over numerous detached structures,” he said.

“Construction types available in each stage range from clad, metal clad, timer and brick.

“Stages 1, 2 and 3 comprise land ranging in size from 2,350 sqm to 4,262 sqm.”

Paul Anderson said two of the development’s five stages had already sold prior to the marketing campaign launch.

“We’re anticipating the final three stages to be snapped up quite quickly due to the prime position of the site in Brisbane’s active industrial hub,” he said.

“Eagle Farm is only nine kilometres from Brisbane’s CBD and is located in the “Australian TradeCoast precinct, an economic zone of national interest.
