Carole Park Industrial Site Sold for $1.55 Million

An industrial site at Carole Park in Brisbane’s south-west has been sold by Ray White Industrial Milton for $1.55 million after it was listed with other agencies for two years.

The vacant property at 164 Cobalt Street, Carole Park, was sold to an owner-occupier by Jaems Balfour and Luke Wray of Ray White Industrial Milton on behalf of a private owner.

Jaems Balfour said the asset with two approximately 900 sqm sheds on one title had been on the market with other agents for approximately two years.

“We sold the site to an owner-occupier in a 45-day cash deal,” he said.

“With the current lack of stock in the marketplace, sites that have otherwise been sitting dormant are being snapped up by investors and owner occupiers across greater Brisbane.”

Luke Wray said the approximately 4000 sqm site is fully security fenced.

“There is substantial hardstand for container drop and loading while the warehouses feature multiple roller doors and 3 phase power,” he said.

“The property is in a highly regarded industrial precinct with easy access to the Ipswich Motorway and Logan Motorway.”
