April Slater

April initially began her property management career in 2003 working in the residential sector as a property management assistant, and later stepping into a role as Property Manager mid 2008 with Ray White Rochedale. In the following 4 years, April further developed her skills and experience in sales administration, account management and marketing.

In 2012 she was appointed Operations Manager at Ray White Northside, and in 2013 looking for new direction, made the transition from residential to commercial real estate, taking on a similar role at RWC Milton. In the years that followed April became responsible for the daily office operations, sales administration, marketing, trust accounting and property management. 

20 years experience, and an astute knowledge in many areas of real estate, all culminated in 2021 when April was appointed Asset Manager at RWC Milton. 

April strives to implement systems and procedures, ultimately ensuring that our clients’ assets are managed efficiently and to the highest quality. With a strong attention to detail and personable manner April is a valued asset to the RWC Milton team and clients alike.
